KAIROS AI Systems — Assessment

Find your plan.

Answer 5 questions. Our departments name the one constraint holding your business back — and hand you the roadmap that fixes it: up to 3 levers, in order, over 90 days. If the numbers don't convince you, don't subscribe.

Takes about two minutes. No account, no sales call.

Question 1 of 50%

How it works

Findings first. Subscription second.

Step 1

The map — from $1,500, one-time

We map your business and name the constraint costing you most. Zero system connections — nothing touches your live data. The full fee credits against anything you buy within a year.

Step 2

Your roadmap

One named constraint. Up to 3 levers, in the order to pull them, each with a finish line. Plus the dollar findings behind it: recoverable revenue and automatable hours, found in your business — not a demo, not a sales deck. The roadmap is yours to keep either way.

Step 3

Go live on your plan

If the numbers convince you, subscribe and the departments go live. Your map fee credits in full against anything you buy within a year. Your map context carries over — nothing starts from zero. At month three, we review the roadmap together and scale what works.

How much does KAIROS cost after the map?

It’s one product — the Full Company Brain. Pay as you go: $0.49 per finished task plus 15% only of money actually collected. Or a plan: Solo is $50/month with 600 tasks included, a full business is $999/month (up to 2,500 tasks a month, app builds included), Portfolio is $2,000/month per business (up to 7,500 tasks a month, per business), and a whole department runs from $10,000/month. Scoped custom work from $4,900/month. Every plan is month to month — no contract.

What does the assessment actually do?

Five questions about your team size, where work piles up, the hours it eats, and the tools you already pay for. Your answers point at the constraint — the one bottleneck we'd name in your map — and match you to the departments and plan that fit. It's the same starting point our team uses on a first call.

Do I need an account to take it?

No. The assessment is public and takes about two minutes. You only create an account when you start.
